Here's what I got from BarbsPB / ANS Gear / ANS Extreme

I would like to note that Custom Products is a fantastic company, and I do not blame them in the least for the issues I am having and have had with BarbsPB aka ANS Gear aka ANS Extreme. I will continue to use Custom Products parts on all of my markers.

That said, I own 7 Custom Products bolt-on ASAs (old and new) and the one I recieved is suspect. When comparing it to my other models, I noticed some significant differences that make me doubt that it is a legitimate CP item.

1) The color is off. After testing, I found that the anodizing was extremely thin and patchy, even bare inside.

2) The CP logo is on the front like an old ASA (newer ones have logos on the side) but there is no milling for the sticker.

3) The lettering and color on the sticker itself is pixelated, as though it were made in MS Paint or scanned and resized.

4) There are only 2 airholes when you look in the ASA. Custom Products ASAs have 4 internal air passages.

These pictures show more.
I'm sorry for the blur, it's the only camera I have handy.

Please be honest and avoid swearing. I know many of us are upset by how we've been treated, but we can keep it civil even if they can't.
